Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by OneNext Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a Shopify and ecommerce agency. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@onenextsolutions.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and information collected automatically when you use the website:

• Enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number, budget, project details and any files you attach when you submit our contact form.
• Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or monthly report.
• Technical data: your browser may send standard information such as your IP address and browser type to our hosting provider when you load the website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals for our services.
• To deliver services to our clients and manage our working relationship.
• To send newsletters and insights you have subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To understand how our website is used and improve its content and performance.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.

Legal basis for processing

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing emails), the steps needed to enter into a contract with you (for project enquiries), and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The website only stores small preferences in your browser (for example, that you have closed the newsletter pop-up). You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business - for example our website host and FormSubmit, the service that delivers contact and newsletter form submissions to our inbox - and only as needed to provide their services to us, or where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data for the retention period configured in our analytics tools. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@onenextsolutions.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated.
